Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Our wholesale program is open to interior designers, decorators, boutique retailers, home decor stores, hospitality businesses (hotels, restaurants, lounges), e-commerce retailers, and other businesses that sell home furnishings. We're looking for partners who appreciate authentic craftsmanship and premium quality.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Contact us with information about your business including your business name, type (retailer, designer, etc.), location, website or social media, and how you plan to sell our products. We'll review your application and respond within 2-3 business days with our wholesale catalog and pricing.
Is there an approval process?
Yes, we review all wholesale applications to ensure our products align with your business and customer base. We're looking for partners who value authentic Moroccan craftsmanship and premium quality home decor.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum initial order is 10 pieces. Reorder minimums may be lower for established accounts. We're flexible and happy to discuss options that work for your business.
What are your wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval of your wholesale application. We offer tiered pricing based on order volume, with better rates for larger orders and established partners.
Do you offer volume discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and can discuss NET 30 payment terms for established wholesale accounts with good payment history.
Do you require a deposit?
For first-time orders, we typically require 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping. Established accounts may qualify for different payment terms.

Are all ottomans handmade?
Yes! Every ottoman is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Marrakech using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is made from full-grain vegetable-tanned goat leather with hand-stitched embroidery.
Do the ottomans come stuffed/filled?

What if items arrive damaged?

Can I return items that don't sell?

Absolutely! We provide professional product images specifically for wholesale partners to use in their marketing, websites, and social media. We only ask that you credit Moroccan Ottomans when appropriate.
Do you offer dropshipping?
We don't currently offer dropshipping. All wholesale orders are shipped to your business location.
Can you provide samples?
